why is my Programat beeping

Your Ivoclar Vivadent Programat may be beeping for several reasons:

1. Completion of a firing process – A beeper lasting about 5 seconds indicates the firing process is complete and the furnace head is open.
2. Keypad interaction – A short beep (about 0.5 seconds) sounds each time a key is pressed.
3. Error message – An “error tune” sounds to indicate an error has occurred.
4. Self-test completion – A signal beeps to show the self-test is complete.

The beeper volume can be adjusted or muted, and the STOP key can interrupt it.
