DESCRIPTION
Thermo-electric actuator to control each circuit through a room
thermostat. Input 230V. Degree of protection IP 44 (in vertical
position only). It can be used with TOP COMPOSIT - CONTROL
manifolds and high-temperature outlets for Kit and MTR.
FUNCTION
The actuator operates via a wax expansion thermostat heated
up by a PTC resistor, which automatically limits the current once
reaching regime temperature.
USE
Electro-thermal control actuators are managed by a room
thermostat and allow automatic on/off control of the hydronic
circuit on which they are installed to control a room or a zone
supplied by a manifold.
If it is necessary to make regulations of several zones by
means of actuators in parallel with the same thermostat, an
intermediate relay could be needed to avoid electric
overloads.
This kind of installation makes it possible to change standard
systems with one manifold into multi-zone systems controlled by
different thermostats.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SAFE USE
In order to protect actuators against electric overloads which can
occur while switching off fluorescent lamps, discharge lamps and
induction lamps, it is always advisable to connect them to separate
distribution line for electric power, different from the one supplying
electricity to those lamps.
N.B. Electric installation shall conform to CEI and CE standards
and regulations in force.

DESCRIZIONE
Testina elettrotermica per comando del singolo circuito
tramite termostato ambiente. Funzionamento 230 V. Grado di
protezione IP 44 (solo in posizione verticale). Utilizzabile con
i collettori: TOP COMPOSIT - CONTROL - Alta Temperatura Kit
e MTR.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Il dispositivo è azionato da un termostato ad espansione di
cera direttamente comandato da una resistenza PTC che ha
la caratteristica, con l'aumento della temperatura, di limitare
automaticamente il passaggio di corrente al raggiungimento
del valore di regime.
IMPIEGO
I comandi elettrotermici possono essere installati sui singoli
circuiti di un collettore e permettono il controllo, mediante
l'abbinamento ad un termostato, di ogni locale o zona
interessata dal collettore.
Qualora si debbano eseguire regolazioni di più zone con
comandi in parallelo allo stesso termostato occorre valutare
l'eventualità dell'inserimento di un relè intermedio per
evitare sovraccarichi elettrici.
Con questo tipo di installazione si possono trasformare i normali
impianti con unico collettore, in impianti a più zone comandate
da più termostati.
SUGGERIMENTI PER UN FUNZIONAMENTO SICURO
Per proteggere gli attuatori da sovraccarichi elettrici, che si
possono verificare allo spegnimento di Iampade fluorescenti,
lampade a scarica e carichi induttivi, è consigliabile collegarli
ad una linea elettrica distinta, separata completamente da
detti carichi.
N.B. L'installazione elettrica deve essere eseguita nel
rispetto delle Norme CEI e CE vigenti.
