Safety Recommendations

• Must be connected by a qualified technician in accordance with the relevant electrical standards and local restrictions.
• It is important to connect the Ph - N in the right polarity.

Function

In the system Tebis, the wind gauge TG050 is used as a protection device for solar shading equipment against strong wind. The speed of the wind is measured by the wind gauge.
If the wind's speed exceeds the value adjusted on the potentiometer for longer than three seconds, the solar shading equipment is retracted and kept in security position for 10 minutes.
After this delay, if the wind speed has decreased, the solar shading equipment can again be controlled by switches.

Notices before taking into operation:

1. To guarantee the water proofness duringassembly, follow the instructions in the sketch below.
2. Always keep a minimum distance of 1 cmbetween the cable of the wind gauge and the other cables.
3. Adjust the limit value of wind's speed accordingto shutter manufacturer instruction with the potentiometer.
4. Assure that the wind gauge's function isn't hindered (by wall, closed shades and so on).

Warranty

A warranty period of 24 months is offered on hager products, from date of manufacture, relating to any material of manufacturing defect. If any product is found to be defective it must be returned via the installer and supplier (wholesaler). The warranty is withdrawn if:

• after inspection by hager quality control dept the device isfound to have been installed in a manner which is contrary to IEE wiring regulations and accepted practice within the industry at the time of installation.
• the procedure for the return of goods has not been followed. Explanation of defect must be included when returning goods.
