After erasure the firmware update procedure starts automatically.
Wait until completion and execute "Power off".
Remove USB stick.
Switch on instrument and wait until optional stereo coder update and internal
adjustments are completed.
Press the setup knob and execute "Factory Preset" in order to initialize several
instrument settings, e.g. the network name.
