Step 2: Customize the print settings

Select a paper type:

From Printer Settings, choose the Paper Setup tab.

From the Type area, select Envelope.

Choose an envelope size:

From Printer Settings, choose the Paper Setup tab.

From the Envelope Size menu choose the correct size. For more information about
printing on custom size paper, see

Select the orientation:

From Printer Settings, choose the Paper Setup tab.

From the Orientation area, select Landscape.

Click OK to apply your settings.
Note: Many software applications are designed to override the settings in Paper
Setup. Make sure Landscape orientation is also selected in your software
application.
