  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY Step 1: Separate the base cap (D) from the base (C). Aligning with the holes on the base, insert the legs (B) into the base. This forms the base assembly. Step 2: Using the Allen key (Q), secure a 12mm M6 screw (L) through one of the aligned holes.
  • Page 6 Step 3: Insert the castor wheels (A) onto the base assembly. Place the base cap (D) onto the base assembly, then the gas lift (E) onto the base cap (D).
  • Page 7 Step 4: Align the two holes on one armrest (I) with those on the chair back (H). Place a lock washer (N) over the upper aligned hole, then using the Allen key (Q), secure the lock washer (N) with a ¼” x 2” screw (M). Using the Allen key (Q), secure a ¼" x 1-⅛" screw (K) through the bottom aligned hole.
  • Page 8 Step 5: Align the holes on the seat (G) with those on the armrests (I). Using the Allen key (Q), secure the seat (G) to the arms (I) with ¼" x 1-⅛" screws (K). K (x4) Q (x1) Step 6: Attach the upper and lower armrest caps (O, P) onto the armrests (I). O (x2) P (x1)
  • Page 9 Step 7: Align the holes on the mechanism (F) with those on the seat (G). Using the Allen key (Q), secure the mechanism (F) to the seat (G) with ¼" x ⅞" screws (J). This completes the chair assembly. J (x4) Q (x1) Step 8: Place the chair assembly onto the gas lift (E), pushing down firmly to ensure it is secure.
