If:
• the pressure of the water supply or lifting system is such as to require the installation of a pressure reducer (pressure
higher than 4 bar);
• a non-return valve is fitted to the water supply line;
• the cold water network is too small to allow the water in the storage boiler to expand;
The DHW circuit safety valve trips and causes the water to leak.
To eliminate this problem, install an expansion vessel on the DHW circuit.
A DHW expansion vessel kit is available as an accessory.
To install this accessory, proceed as follows:
• Remove the upper cover of the storage boiler by pulling up the rear (fixed with clips);
• Drain the storage boiler as indicated in § 6 (user);
• Place the expansion vessel on the rear location in the insulation and secure it to the connector bar with the two self-
tapping screws;
• Remove the G 3/4" cap on the water connector of the recirculation circuit and insert the T-connector;
• Connect the hose to the T-connector.
