OPERATION

PLUGGIN IN:
when plugging in, the BIOSEC will turn on automatically, and go
into standbymode. If the food dehydrator has been turned off incorrectly or
if the electrical power supply was interrupted, the program that was inter-
rupted will restart.
1. SET button: press the SET button until the desired program is displayed on
the screen of the BIOSEC. Press the ON/OFF button to start the process.
2. Screen: during drying, the BIOSEC screen will alternate between displaying
the current temperature and the program it is set on. To find out the current
program without waiting for it to be displayed automatically, briefly press
the SET button.
3. ON/OFF button: Start or stop the drying cycle. To restart the process once
it is stopped, simply press ON/OFF a second time. The program will restart
from where it left off. If you want to change the program instead, stop the
program and the press SET until the chosen program is displayed. This oper-
ation will reset the previously set drying cycle and a new one will be started.
Choose the temperature you
prefer: BIOSEC offers
programs from t1 to t5
which guarantee
an operating temperature
of between 20° and 60°.
TIMER: manual setting
of the drying time.
BIOSEC has a timer that allows you to select
how many hours you prefer for your chosen
drying process.
You can set the number of hours,
from 0 to 72 at any time.
