7. Pre-Operation Checks and Set Up CHECKS DAMAGE - Before each period of use ensure the machine and all components and accessories are complete and undamaged. Take care to ensure the suction hose and bypass hoses are kink-free. TRAVEL PLUGS - On the pump and gearbox REMOVE THE RED TRAVEL PLUGS and replace with the appropriate yellow-topped oil dipstick/breather Travel Plugs Travel Plugs... - Page 12 7. 7. Pre-Operation Checks and Set Up continued For twin outlet only - If using machine NOTE with two operators the rated flow will be split between each outlet. For example: If the machine has a rated flow of 30 Lpm each outlet will give 15 Lpm. -

The machine must only be lifted and secured by attaching lifting/security equipment to the main frame. No lifting/security straps should come in to contact with the engine, gearbox, pump, valves or filter. -
