LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONS
Leviton warrants to the original consumer purchaser and
not for the benefit of anyone else that this product at the
time of its sale by Leviton is free of defects in materials
and workmanship under normal and proper use for two
years from the purchase date. Leviton's only obligation is
to correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its
option, if within such two year period the product is returned
prepaid, with proof of purchase date, and a description of
the problem to Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc., Att:
Quality Assurance Department, 59-25 Little Neck
Parkway, Little Neck, New York 11362-2591. This
warranty excludes and there is disclaimed liability for labor
for removal of this product or reinstallation. This warranty
is void if this product is installed improperly or in an
improper environment, overloaded, misused, opened,
abused, or altered in any manner, or is not used under
normal operating conditions or not in accordance with any
labels or instructions. There are no other or implied
warranties of any kind, including merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, but if any implied warranty
is required by the applicable jurisdiction, the duration of
any such implied warranty, including merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to two years.
Leviton is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or
consequential damages, including without limitation,
damage to, or loss of use of, any equipment, lost sales or
profits or delay or failure to perform this warranty obligation.
The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies
under this warranty, whether based on contract, tort or
otherwise.

The Leviton Infrared Remote Control, Cat. No. NE210, allows easy control of a Leviton
Lighting System up to 40 feet from a Leviton Infrared-Receiving Device. The Remote Control
has eight (1-8) Scene Presets, Group DIM, Group BRIGHT, MAX and OFF to provide simple
control of Leviton's Lighting Systems (refer to Figure 1).
The Remote Control has a user-friendly design to ensure comfortable hand-held usage. It is a
component of a Leviton Lighting System and provides remote user control of the lights when
used in conjunction with a Leviton Infrared-Receiving Device. The Remote provides the ability
to call preset scenes for the Lighting System. The Remote uses four AAA batteries*.

Open back cover of the Remote Control (refer to Figure 2). Insert batteries ensuring proper
polarity. Close back cover. Remote should be pointed in the direction of the Infrared receiving
device and no more than 40 feet away.
SCENES 1-8:
Press button 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8. The lights will fade ON to a user
programmable preset scene level.
MAX:
Press the MAX button. The lights will fade ON to FULL BRIGHT.
GROUP BRIGHT: Press and hold
button. The lights for the entire scene will BRIGHTEN.
GROUP DIM:
Press and hold
button. The lights for the entire scene will DIM.
OFF:
Press the OFF button. The lights will fade to OFF.
NOTE: If you are using this Remote with a Learning IR (D3206/8 or NE505), you must
program the IR Remote. Refer to Instruction Sheets for those Cat. Nos. for programming.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• If the LED does not light when button is pressed; there is no power
- Check Batteries.
• If the LED does light
- check that the IR Receiving enabled device is installed properly, powered and functioning
(refer to the specific IR Receiving Device Instruction Sheets).
- IR Receiving enabled device may need to be reprogrammed with IR Remote.
