CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO
MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND/OR SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.
- Operator should be familiar with all functions of the unit before using the unit.
- Operate the unit from the driver's seat only.
- Make sure all guards and shields are in place and secured before operating the flail
mower.
- Do not leave ATV or flail mower unattended with engine running.
- Dismounting from a moving ATV could cause serious injury or death.
- Do not stand between ATV and mower during hitching.
- Keep hands, feet, and clothing away from moving parts.
- Do not use loose clothing, jewelry, scarfs, neckties etc. that could entangle with
moving parts. Tie long hair back or protect with a hair net.
- Do not start the ATV or flail mower engine in enclosed area; exhaust gases are fatal
if inhaled.
- Do not operate the mower in dark conditions unless sufficient artificial light is
available.
- Do not operate the unit in steep hills.
- Do not operate the unit if excessive vibration occurs. Stop the unit immediately and
refer to Troubleshooting for instructions.
Do not try to remove blockages while the mower engine is running. Ensure that the
-
engine has stopped and the rotor has finished rotating before starting any mainte-
nance operations.
Make sure that there are no people or animals in the working area. Safety distance
-
is 50 m.
- Turning ATV too tight may cause mower to ride up on wheels. This could result in
injury or equipment damage.
- Never transport anyone on the mower or stand on the mower while the engine is
running.
Read the warning stickers on the mower and follow the warnings and instructions.

Keep all safety labels in good condition and legible. Replace all damaged or missing
labels.
- Children shall not play with the mower.
