The unit is attached vertically to the wall using the assembly material. It is connected to the water supply via the threaded joints. ►Attach the ballast to the wall. ►Earth the unit using the earthing cable supplied (welded setscrew on top of Bewades 80W and 100W or on the side of the container of Bewades 70W, 200W, 400W).

Operation 8�1 Cleaning the unit The emitter protection tube and the radiation chamber must be cleaned each time an emitter is changed. Depending on the water quality and operating conditions, it may also be necessary to clean the unit between the emitter change intervals. When cleaning the unit, lime, iron and manganese deposits are removed from the emitter protection tubes.
