- Page 5 RECOMMENDED TOOLS: Measuring tape Pencil Screwdriver Waterproof sealant Electrical wiring tools Electrical tape INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS This roof vent requires a roof opening from 11 x 11in (280 x 280mm)~12 x 12in (305 x 305mm). If you are replacing another type already installed, remove the old existing roof vent. Remove the old roof sealant around the roof opening.
- Page 6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Opening Fan Cover Lid Note: Do not use excessive force when operating knob. Rotate handle clockwise to open fan lid. Rotate handle counter-clockwise to close fan lid. IN/OUT Knob Functions Use the fan's IN/OUT knob to turn off or reverse the direction of the fan. To turn off the fan, turn knob to OFF position.
- Page 7 1-Year Warranty Period, San Hima will, at its option, replace it with the same or similar product, or issue a refund for the defective San Hima product. And San Hima will pay for the cost of shipping or transportation of a defective component. This warranty terminates if a Purchaser transfers the product to any other person.
