- Page 4 SOP – How to assemble BPH A48T-8 (48V Battery Pack) Step 1: Open the package and place the battery box on a horizontal plane. Step 2: Remove metal cover of battery pack by removing 6 screws present on the side (3 on the right side and 3 on the left side) and 2 screws on the back side.
- Page 5 Note: Then, repeat the same procedure on the other side of the battery pack to install the second branch of batteries. Step 5: Connecting the batteries following the wiring diagram.

Step 7: Put metal top cover back to the unit and secure it with screws. Step 8: Then, connect battery pack to the UPS.
