A Magnum PXR circuit breaker is defined by a
25-character catalog number with definitions shown in
the following decoder table. If the breaker is a drawout
breaker, the associated drawout cassette would be defined
by a 15-character catalog number. The cassette decoder
table is shown after the breaker decoder table.
