3.6 Tightness test

Close off the outlet of the QA, QAe with a
blanking plate or close the gas solenoid valve
downstream of the quantometer.

Remove the blanking plate or open the gas
solenoid valve downstream of the quantometer.

3.7 Commissioning

 CAUTION!
The pressure upstream of the quantometer may be increased only
slightly.
Commissioning:
 Slowly fill the system until the operating pressure is reached.

 The pressure rise must not exceed 350 mbar/s.
 A bypass line should be used for filling (recommendation: 12
mm pipe diameter).
 Do not exceed the measuring range of the gas meter even
briefly.
 A tightness test must then be carried out.
