Use according to specifications:
The CFH Soldering station can be used solely in a dry interior. The CFH Soldering stati-
on is suitable for a nominal voltage of 230 Volts and must be only connected to groun-
ded sockets. The CFH Soldering station is designed for a multiple use in electronics, in
work- shops, repair shops, for handymen, amateurs, as well as for model constructions.
CFH Soldering station can be used for soft soldering with tin solder and flux. It is also
suitable for micro- soldering works to heavy works on metal sheets.
Other use is not allowed as it can lead to injuries. In such cases the manufacturer is not
liable.
Electrical devices always need a short time to heat up until they reach full performance
and the solder starts to melt.
The soldering tip must be tin- coated during the first heating- up (appx. 270°C) by ad-
ding flux and tin- solder (e.g. CFH No. 52324/52322 solder for electronic components
filled with flux, No. 52329/52327 solder for hobby workers filled with flux, No. 52334
solder for radio connections filled with flux). To do so follow these steps:
