INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the interactive-whiteboard / screen first except when:
a. A low ceiling dictates the maximum board height. The wall plate must be installed first
as close to the ceiling as possible.
b. Wall studs limit the placement of the wall bracket. The wall plate must be installed to
a load-bearing stud first.
When you mount the Interactive Whiteboard use the following guideline for height.

2. Mark the position of the wall plate. Be careful to consider the distance between the wall
plate and the top of the board and make sure the projector lens is in the centre of the
screen. A paper template is included to help. Below is further information:
HiTACHi
For the CP-A100 / ED-A111 / CP-A52 attach the wall plate 100mm right-of-centre as you
look at the wall, and about 200mm above the top of the board/screen depending on the
size of board.
For the CP-D10 / CP-DW10N / CP-AW100N attach the wall plate 35mm right-of-centre
as you look at the wall, and about 350mm above the top of the board/screen depending
on the size of board.
SANyO & EPSON
For the Sanyo PLC-XE50 / XL-50 / XL-51 & Epson EMP-410 attach the wall plate 80mm
left-of-centre as you look at the wall, and about 350mm above the top of the board/
screen depending on the size of board.
3. Attach the wall plate to the wall using six appropriate fixtures.
