Daily Cleaning

The Melitta espresso machine must be cleaned at least once a
day to ensure a quality product and trouble free operation

Touch the 'Clean'
icon next to 'Home'
Cleaning agent is either
two combi tablets or a
delimer packet
Wed and Sun for delimer
Unlock and open front panel - remove the tablet conatiner -
insert a cleaning tablet into the container - replace the tablet
container locking it in place
The ct-8 will automatically clean/sanitize and switch off when it is finished with the
cleaning cycle. Remove milk lines from the cleaning pitcher once the machine is off.
Melitta Combi tablets are the only
approved cleaner for this machine
Touch the icon 'Next' if
you are ready to clean
Use tablets
OR
delimer
Do not use
both at the
same time!
Place 2 tablets
in milk pitcher
Melitta CT8
Espresso Machine
Pour one packet of
delimer in pitcher
Press the tablet inserted
button to start the cleaning
process and your done!
Next, select "Clean and
switch off full system"
Once the milk lines, cleaning
tablets or delimer have been
placed in the pitcher, press
'Cleaning agent is prepared'
