Hello, My monitor's SDI inputs no longer work. I tried several times but no image appears. Instead, I have a buzzing sound. I feel something might have burned inside but I can't be sure. My camera is sending out 1080p 25fps 50hz in SDI Would you know what the problem could be? Thank you

The issue with the bon BLM Series monitor's SDI inputs not working and producing a buzzing sound could be due to one or more of the following:

1. Incorrect Input Signal Format: The input signal format may not be compatible with the monitor. Check if the SDI signal matches one of the supported formats, such as NTSC (525/59.94i), PAL (625/50i), or HD-SDI (up to 1.485 Gbps).

2. Loose or Improper Cable Connection: The SDI signal cable may not be connected firmly. Ensure the cable is properly and securely connected to both the source and the monitor.

3. Signal Output Settings on Source Device: The connected component may not be set to output a compatible signal. Verify and adjust the output settings from the source device.

4. Hardware Malfunction or Interference: The buzzing sound may indicate electrical interference or a hardware issue with either the SDI input circuitry or the source device.

Check each of these areas systematically to identify and correct the issue.
