Description
Bilge pump with high capacity, high efficiency and low power consumption. Water-cooled motor. Stainless
steel motor shaft.

Installation

The bilge pump should be installed at the lowest point in the hull.
1.
The pump unit is attached at the base plate with two snap fasteners.
2.
Press in both snap fasteners and lift off the pump unit.
3.
Fit the base plate by using stainless screws.
4.
The hole in the hull should be made as near to the pump as possible, but high enough over the
waterline so that water cannot run back into the boat when the boat is moving or when it is moored.
5.
Fit a 1¼" hose on the pump outlet through the hole in the hull. Use the shortest possible hose,
arranged at the sharpest angle. This helps to reduce the risk of air pockets, which can cause water
traps. Avoid sharp bends in the hose.
6.
Fasten the hose at the pump and hull with stainless hose clips. If necessary, fasten the hose
between the pump and hull as well. NOTE: The hose must not point down at the outlet, because
this can easily cause air pockets.
7.
Electrical connections should be placed over the highest water level. Wire connections should be
sealed with marine sealant to provide protection from corrosion.
