4. PROCEDURE DE DEPANNAGE
Les interventions faites sur les installations électriques
doivent être confiées à des personnes qualifiées pour les
effectuer (voir chapitre CONSIGNES DE SECURITE).

+ VOYANT DEFAUT ETEINT

Pour toute intervention interne au générateur en dehors des
points cités précédemment :

changer la torche
shunter les fils

du connecteur

si fonctionnement OK
changer
l'embase de torche
si non
vérifier la connectique
si non
changer le CI
se mettre en mode 2T puis appuyer
sur la gâchette
vérifier que le contacteur s'enclenche
vérifier les tensions à la sortie du
contacteur
appuyer sur la gâchette et vérifier
les tensions (AC) sur les câbles : 10
et 20 / 20 et 30 / 10 et 30
vérifier les tensions à la sortie du pont
changer le CI
laisser refroidir plusieurs minutes
jusqu'à ce que le voyant s'éteigne
shunter les sécurités thermiques :
si le voyant s'éteint, changer
TH1/TH2
sinon changer le CI

4. DIAGNOSIS CHART
SOLUTIONS
change the torch
shunt wires
4
and

if operation OK
change the torch
socket
if not OK
check connections
if not OK
change the card
operating on 2T, scheck, by
pressing the trigger, that the
contactor is activated
check voltages on contactor output
press trigger and check voltages
(AC) on wires : 10 and 20 / 20 and
30 / 10 and 30
check voltage on bridge output
otherwise, change the card
let the power source cooling till light
goes off
shunt thermal safeties :
if the light goes off, change
the TH1/TH2
otherwise, change the card
