1. PRESENTATION DE L'INSTALLATION
Le MAJOR 400BL est une installation compacte de soudage MIG-MAG conventionelle
à commutateurs.
Ce générateur permet :
de souder en MIG-MAG courant lisse, short arc et spray arc, de
de dévider des fils de natures différentes
aciers, aciers inoxydables, aluminium
fils pleins et fils fourrés
diamètres de 0.8mm à 1.6mm
de choisir la tension de soudage à l'aide de 2 commutateurs à plots
positions)
de visualiser clairement les paramètres de soudage
2. COMPOSITION DE L'INSTALLATION
L'installation est composée de (

la source de puissance avec câble primaire ( longueur 5 mètres)

un tuyau de gaz
3.
un câble de masse (longueur 5 mètres) avec pince de masse
4.
une torche de soudage
des accessoires de dévidage pour fil acier et inox diamètre 1.0 et 1.2 mm
2 anneaux d'élingage
Les options commandées avec l'installation sont livrées à part. Pour la mise en place
de ces options, se reporter à l'instruction de montage livrée avec l'option.
