Influence of the data length in S7 communication
In S7 communication, the data length of the jobs and in DP mode, the number of DP slaves
and the length of the I/O data mean the following restrictions:
● Number of S7 connections
● Number of jobs that can be sent at one time
The decisive factor is the job with the highest data length.
The information in the following table applies to S7 job types BSEND/BRCV, PUT/GET, and
USEND/URCV.
