Safety Precautions

1. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
2. Means for disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
3. Warning: If unusual oscillating movement is observed, immediately stop using the ceiling fan and contact the manufacturer,
its service agent or suitably qualified persons.

Maintenance

1. The replacement of parts of the safety suspension system device shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent
or suitably qualified persons.
2. The fixing means for attachment to the ceiling such as hooks or other devices shall be fixed with a sufficient strength to
withstand 4 times the weight of the ceiling fan;
3. The mounting of the suspension system shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified
persons;
4. Do not install paddle fan less than 9 feet between floor and lowest edge of fan blades.
5. All wiring must be in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local electrical codes. Electrical installation should be
performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
6. Do not operate reversing switch while fan blades are in motion. Fan must be turned off and blades stopped before
reversing blade .
7. Do not use water or detergents when cleaning the fan of fan blades. A dry dust cloth or lightly dampened cloth will be
suitable for most cleaning.
8. After making electrical connections, spliced conductors should be turned upward and pushed carefully up into outlet box.
The wires should be spread apart with the grounded conductor and the equipment-grounding conductor on one side of the
outlet box.
Operating Instructions
1. Turn on power and check operation of fan. The pull chain controls the fan as follows: One pull-high speed; two pulls-
medium speed; three pulls-low speed; four pulls "OFF"
2. If regulator speed controls being applied, the regulator controls the fan as follows: Turn control knob to position "1"
3. The slide switch control "FORWARD" and "REVERSE". Be sure turn off the power source before reverse the fan.
