Installing the Software If you are installing SmartSDR for Windows from the CD, place it in your CD drive and close the drive door. The SmartSDR software installer will automatically begin. If you are installing SmartSDR for Windows from the installer downloaded from the Internet, double click on the SmartSDR installer (SmartSDR_ v1.x.x_Installer.exe) to begin.
