Technical Note: Static Pressure Ports

Room Side Replaceable (RSR) Port

Sample line string below:

STEP 1: Remove diffuser perforated face by turning quarter turn fasteners holding face in place.
NOTE: Safety cables will be attached to the diffuser face, but care should be taken to ensure that diffuser face does not swing and
injure anyone.
Step 2: Remove gasketed bolt
STEP 3: Insert pressure measuring gauge (eg. Magnehelic) to read pressure drop across filter. Hole size is 5/16".
NOTE: Static Pressure Port can also be used as a test port for sample aerosol concentrations upstream of the filter.
