Step 3 – Attach Boom
1.
Line up holes on boom with holes on
axle.
2. Attach and secure boom to axle with
M10x35 Flange bolts, Flat Washer Ø10,
Lock Washer Ø10 and M10 nuts.
Step 4 – Attach hose
retaining bracket
The hose retaining bracket protects the
hydraulic hoses on the handle assembly.
1.
Align holes in hose retaining bracket (A)
with the holes on the handle frame
2. Fasten retaining bracket to handle with
(2) M6x20 bolts, (2) M6 nuts, (2) Ø6 flat
washers and (2) Ø6 lock washers.
Step 5 – Feed the hydraulic
hoses and wires through the
boom
1.
Feed the hydraulic hoses and wires
through the boom pole

Step 6 – Attach handle
assembly to boom
1.
Slides handle tube into the boom.
2. Install M10x35 bolt and Ø10 flat washer
through the boom pivot bracket and into
the nut welded to the handle assembly.
3. Tighten bolt until handle is secure and
does not rotate.
4. Thread M10 nut onto the end of the
M10x35 .Do not tighten the nut against
the weld nut; the nut acts as a stop so
that the M10x35 bolt cannot fall out or
be loosened too far when making
adjustments.
Step 7 – Connect hydraulic
hoses
1.
Connect hose 2400 to the hydraulic
pump outlet (A)
2. Connect hose 2550 to the hydraulic filter
(B)
3. Make sure the hoses have enough slack
to allow the engine carriage to swing
freely.
