Operation PREPARING THE TRANSMITTER NOTE: Batteries will weaken with age and should be replaced before leaking takes place as this will damage the remote control. Dispose of used batteries properly and keep them out of the reach of children. Remove the battery cover by pressing rmly on the arrow and sliding the cover off. - Page 14 Operation (continued) To clear all other remotes from your fan’s memory, use the steps below: Ensure AC power to the fan is OFF to begin the learning process. Slide the dip switch in the battery compartment to the "0" position. Turn the fan’s AC power ON.

Questions and answers
We have 3 fans (ROYALTY II 120 IN. CEILING FAN) installed on the same circuit in our building. We lost power the other day for about 60 seconds. Now, the fans aren't responding to the remotes. I tried multiple times with the dip switch on 0, then re-read the manual and it said to have it on 1, so I switched that and still not "pairing" with the remote. I'm shutting off the breaker to the fans, then powering back on and pressing the 'Learn' button within 5 seconds of the power being back on. I'm not sure what to do next. Looking for help. We really need these fans on. Thank you!
