Note:
1. When the temperature is beyond the normal operating temperature range (-30 ° C to +
75 ° C), the RF performance of the module may slightly exceed the 3GPP specification.
2. Models with Memory configured as 1Gbit Flash + 1Gbit RAM are optional and available in
two versions. Data version supports DFOTA upgrade, voice version does not support
DFOTA upgrade.
3. The data version does not support voice services, but the voice version supports voice
services.
