TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
Do not remove ground prong.
Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or
electrical shock.
Problem
If the oven fails to start:
Upper cooking elements visibly
glow, but bottom cooking
elements do not:
If the problem cannot be
corrected:

Check to see if the Compact oven is plugged into a
grounded 3 prong outlet.
Check to see if the fuse in the circuit breaker box to your
Compact oven is in working order.
This is normal and designed for better browing
performance. Your countertop oven is working properly.

Warranty and Service" sections. Do

not return the Countertop Oven to the retailer – retailers
do not provide service.
