11. Messa in servizio
•
Tutte le operazioni di messa in servizio devono
!
essere eseguite dal nostro personale o da perso-
nale qualificato.
•
Se le manovre risultassero impedite non forzare
gli interblocchi meccanici e verificare la correttez-
za della sequenza delle manovre.
•
Prima di aprire la porta verificare attraverso gli
oblò di ispezione la posizione degli apparecchi.
I quadri vengono spediti finiti e controllati.
Prima della messa in servizio del quadro, è necessario esegui-
re le verifiche e le prove di seguito elencate, tenendo presente
che in caso di particolari configurazioni di impianti, è possibile
che le prove riportate in tabella vadano integrate con altre da
stabilire a cura del responsabile tecnico dell'impianto.
11.1. Operazioni preliminari
– Verificare l'assenza di danni evidenti e asportare eventuali
corpi estranei (quali attrezzi o connessioni di
tualmente dimenticati in fase di installazione);
– accertare la presenza delle segregazioni metalliche interne
(quando previste) e dei pannelli esterni di chiusura;
– controllare che eventuali setti o cuffie isolanti rimossi siano
stati rimontati;
– verificare il serraggio delle connesioni (vedi tabella 9.7.2.) e
la continuità del circuito di potenza;
– controllare che tutte le lamiere siano correttamente montate
e non abbiano subito deformazioni;
– verificare che tutte le viti della carpenteria siano serrate
correttamente;
– pulire accuratamente le lamiere e le parti isolanti con pennelli
e stracci puliti ed asciutti. Evitare l'uso di getti di aria compres-
sa a meno che questa non sia esente da umidità e olio
lubrificante;
– asportare polvere o sporcizia dalle griglie di presa per l'aria
e dai condotti di aerazione;
– verificare il serraggio, la continuità della sbarra di terra del
quadro ed il collegamento di messa a terra;
– verificare che le ampolle in vuoto del contattore V-Contact e
dell'interruttore VD4 non abbiano subito danneggiamenti
per urti accidentali, in caso di dubbio contattateci;
– inserire gli apparecchi nelle celle in posizione di sezionato
con apparecchi aperti e inserire i connettori degli ausiliari;
– alimentare i circuiti ausiliari;
– controllare che il valore della tensione di alimentazione dei
circuiti sia compreso tra l'85% e il 110% della tensione
nominale delle apparecchiature;
Se tutti i controlli sopraindicati sono stati positivi effettuare le
prove e le verifiche indicate al par. 11.2.

11. Putting into service
•
All operations for putting into service must be
!
carried out either by our personnel or by skilled
personnel.
•
Should the operations be prevented, do not force
the mechanical interlocks but make sure that the
operating sequence is correct.
•
Before opening the door check the apparatus
position through the inspection windows.
The switchboards are shipped finished and checked.
Before putting the switchboard into service, all the apparatus
installed must be checked and tested as prescribed below. In
case of special configurations, the testing procedures shown
in the following table may be insufficient. Further procedures
are to be established by the plant technical manager.
11.1. Preliminary operations
– Make sure there is no evident damage and remove any
prova even-
foreign bodies (such as tools or test connections forgotten
during installation);
– make sure that both the internal metal segregations (if
supplied) and the external closing panels are present;
– make sure that any insulating barriers or hoods previously
removed have been remounted;
– check connection tightness (see table 9.7.2.) and power
circuit continuity;
– make sure that the sheets have been properly mounted and
have not been deformed;
– make sure that all the metallic frame screws have been
properly tightened;
– thoroughly clean the sheets and the insulating components
by means of brushes and clean, dry cloths. Avoid any
compressed-air blasts unless they are dry and free of
lubricating-oil;
– remove dust and dirt from any air-vent grid and ventilation
ducts;
– check tightness and continuity of the switchboard earthing
busbar as well as the earthing connection;
– make sure that the vacuum interrupters of the V-Contact
contactor and VD4 circuit-breaker have not been accidentally
damaged, in case of doubt do not hesitate to contact us;
– insert the apparatus into the compartments in the isolated
position with the apparatus open and insert the auxiliary
instrument connectors;
– feed the auxiliary circuits;
– make sure that the value of the circuit power supply ranges
between 85% and 110% of the apparatus rated voltage value.
If all the above tests have been successful, carry out the
inspection and testing procedures indicated in para. 11.2.
