ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: FTT10008

1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.

2. Pull cord through base to tighten the socket assembly.

3. Insert the harp until it sits firmly into the saddle.

Adjust the knurl nut on the harp. This can be

used to raise the shade a little if necessary.

4. Place the inner cap over the harp. Place the shade

onto the top of inner cap and place the shade cap

over the shade. Tighten with the finial securing

the shade in place.

5. Insert 60W bulb into the socket.

Uses (1) maximum 60WATT Type A Bulb.

(Bulb not included).

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives.
