    Mobile Network Video Recorder User Manual Purpose: You can set the shutdown delay time (Vehicle Ignition Startup and Shutdown) for the device. Go to Menu > Basic Settings > Start. Start Control Select Startup/Shutdown Mode as Halt Delay. Select Delay Time. The delay time ranges from 0 to 6 hours. Optionally, check Voltage Protect and select Voltage Limit Percent.
