Step 3:
Insert the Screw M6 (4) – 1 off,
Washer M6 (2) – 1 off, through the
hole in the other side of flap and
through the mounting hole (as shown
in Red colour) and secure it using Nut
M6 (3) from the other side.
Ensure symmetry of Orientation and
no fouling with Outer or peripheral
surfaces of the Radiator and tighten
it fully.
Step 4:
Mount the Clip which was removed
in Step 1 and secure it using the
fastener back and align it to the
Radiator pin, as shown in the
drawing on the left-hand side.
