GENERAL INFORMATION
(1)Please read assembly instructions prior assembling. To avoid damage, assemble this production a non-abrasive
surface. Do not fully tighten any bolts until you are sure all component parts are assembled correctly.
(2)Make sure all bolts are fully tightened before this product is used.
(3)Use non abrasive cleaning product.
(4)The hardware pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.
(5)Periodically (every 90 days) tighten all screws in the chair.
PARTS&HARDWARE LIST
ASSEMBLY STEP
1 Put Chair Body(A) on a non-abrasive table. Insert Legs(B) into the back of Chair Body(A), and
assemble using four plastic washers(1)to screw in. Do not fully tighten any leg. Tighten to about 70% of full insertion.

- Page 2 2 Place Chair upright on level floor.Make any necessary adjustments to frame to ansure chair sils flat on floor without rocking.Then fully tighten all legs. 3 Place the dust cover to the bottom of Chair Body(A)using the achesive strip. Now the chair is correctly assembled and ready to use.
