7.10. Flow meter

Loosen the screws as illustrated and remove the gear motor assembly.

The following are located inside the compartment protected by
the casing:
- E lectric motor (A) with gears (B) and (C) for transmission and
timing of the brewing unit.
- M icroswitch (F) detecting brewing unit home and work posi-

tions.
- Remove the large gear (B)
- R emove the gear (C) that meshes with the motor transmission
shaft
- R emove the motor (A), complete with transmission shaft (E)
When re-assembling the
gear (B), make sure that
the arrow on the gear is
in the same position as
shown in the photo.
Remove the boiler support lift the flow
meter upwards and disconnect the electrical
and water circuit connections.
When replacing the motor and the
transmission shaft, make sure the
guide runners (L) are in the right
position. Grease the shaft thoroughly
and evenly.
