OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

FIRST TIME USE

When the microwave is plugged in for the fi rst time, the display will show "12:00".
During operation:
• The microwave will return to standby mode if there is no input within 1 minute.
• Press the STOP/CLEAR button to pause the program.
• Press the STOP/CLEAR button again to cancel the program.
• Press the START/+30SEC button to begin a program or to resume a paused program.
• The microwave will beep four times at the end of a cooking program and "END" will show on the
display. The microwave will continue to beep every 2 minutes until the STOP/CLEAR button is pressed
or the door is opened.
• The microwave will beep once to signal programming has been accepted.
• The microwave will beep twice to signal that programming was not done correctly and should be re-
entered.

SETTING THE CLOCK

The clock can be set as a 12 or 24 hour clock.
1. Press the CLOCK button once to set a 12 hour clock. Press the CLOCK button twice to set a 24 hour
clock.
2. Use the number pad to set the current time.
3. Press the CLOCK button to confi rm.
Note: During operation, press the CLOCK button to see the current time.

SETTING THE TIMER

1. Press the TIMER button to set the timer.
2. Use the number pad to enter the desired time. The maximum timer that can be set is 99 minutes and 99
seconds.
3. Press the TIMER button to confi rm.
4. Press the TIMER button while the timer is running to display how much time is remaining. Press STOP/
CLEAR to cancel the timer.
+30SEC PROGRAM
Press the START/+30SEC button to run the microwave for 30 seconds at 100% power. Press this button
repeatedly and each press will add an additional 30 seconds to the cooking time. The maximum time that
can be set is 99:59. This function cannot be used with SENSOR COOK, SENSOR REHEAT, SOFTEN/MELT
or DEFROST programs.
