HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION 8) Make sure the blade is not contacting the workpiece before the switch is turned on. 9) Keep hands away from moving parts. 10) Do not leave the tool running. Operate the tool only when hand-held. 11) Always switch off and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing the blade from the workpiece.

PREPARING THE JIGSAW BLADE INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT – FIGS.1–2 − Before installing the jigsaw blade, make sure that the blade clamp lever (6) is in the released position. − To install the jigsaw blade, insert the blade (teeth facing forward) into the blade holder. The lever moves to the fixed position and the blade is locked.
OPERATION SWITCH ACTION – FIG.3 − To turn on the tool, press the lock/unlock button (1). The tool goes into standby mode. To start the tool, pull the switch trigger (2). To stop the tool, release the switch trigger, and the tool goes back into standby mode.
BASIC JIGSAW OPERATIONS GENERAL CUTTING Important: Always wear safety goggles. Important: Due to the shape of the body, this machine can be operated with only one hand, but for reasons of safety it is strongly advised to keep both hands on the machine during use. Note: Applying pressure on the blade can overload the motor and result in damage.
10. MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING 10.1 MAINTENANCE Regular inspection and cleaning reduces the necessity for maintenance operations and will keep your tool in good working condition. The motor must be correctly ventilated during tool operation. Avoid blocking the air inlets and vacuum the ventilation slots regularly.
