CHAPTER THREE – BASIC FUNCTIONALITY

Before you begin:
Factory Defaults
following series of steps
ends in reboot of your Morphic. The content
of volatile RAM memory is lost. For that
reason it is recommended that you close
every running program before restoring your
Morphic to factory settings. After rebooting
you need also to re-calibrate the touch
screen.
To open a Registry Backup maintenance
utility, see the 'Making Your Changes to
Configuration Settings Permanent' section
above.
To restore your Morphic to factory defaults:
5. Once the utility window is opened on the screen, select the 'Factory
Default' item using the navigating ring
6. Press the green key. The utility asks you to confirm that it's OK to
proceed
7. Press the green key. Your Morphic is set to factory defaults. After that
the system reboots.
8. Once the system is up and running again you have to calibrate the
touch screen. The calibration is a straightforward operation, if need be,
see the calibration steps in the 'TOUCH SCREEN' section
