TELEPHONE

VOLUME CONTROL

The volume in the handset, loudspeaker and headset can be adjusted using the controls
on the telephones right hand side. Volume in the handset and the headset is changed with
the same switch.(see diagram 1 below). The volume in the loudspeaker is adjusted by the
slider control (see diagram 2 below)

MUTE BUTTON
On the inside of the handset there is a mute button (2 on the diagram on page 1). If you
press and hold this button the microphone is switched off. To continue conversation
release the mute button. This function allows you to talk to someone else privately whilst
on a call.

DIRECT MEMORY

The telephone has 10 direct memories, buttons M1 to M10 on the front of the telephone
(6 on the diagram on page 1).
These buttons can be used to store your most frequently dialled telephone numbers. This
function requires only one button push to dial a number.
