recommended by the manufacturer specifically
for this power tool. The fact that you can attach
a specific device or work tool to the machine
does not guarantee safe operation.
5.2. If you carry out activities where there is a
risk of the work tool falling into hidden live wires
or affecting the power cord, hold the power
tool only by the insulated handles. When the
work tool comes into contact with live wires, it
is transmitted to the metal parts of the battery
planer and this can lead to electric shock.
5.3. Hold the power cord of the charger / not on.
in the set / at a safe distance from the rotating
work tools. 5.4. Never leave the cordless planer
before the blade shaft has completely stopped
rotating. The rotating shaft may touch an object,
causing you to lose control of the cordless
grater.
5.5. Regularly clean the ventilation holes on
your cordless grater.
5.6. Do not use the cordless planer near
flammable materials. Flying sparks can ignite
such materials.
5.7. Never place your hands near rotating work
tools.
5.8. Do not put your hands in the sawdust
disposal hole. You may be injured by the
rotating parts.
5.9. Touch the planer to the workpiece only
after you have switched it on and it has reached
maximum speed and switch it off after you have
detached it from the workpiece. Otherwise, the
planer may bounce suddenly.
5.10. Provide the workpiece. A part fastened
with suitable fixtures or clamps is more firmly
and securely fastened than if you hold it with
your hand.
5.11. Only work with sharp knives. Do not use
worn or damaged knives.
5.12. Before working with the planer, check
that there are no metal objects such as nails or
screws in the workpiece.
5.13. Never plan through metal objects, nails
or screws. The blades and the shaft will be
damaged and cause dangerous vibrations.
5.14. Powders released during the processing
of materials, such as lead-based paints, some
types of wood, can be hazardous to health. Skin
contact or inhalation of such dusts may cause
allergic reactions and / or respiratory diseases
to the power tool operator or bystanders.
Certain powders, such as those released during
beech and oak treatment, are considered
carcinogenic, especially in combination with
wood treatment chemicals.
5.15 When interrupting work, always empty
the dust bag.
5.16. Failure to follow the instructions may result
in electric shock, fire and / or serious injury.
6. Functional description and purpose of the
cordless grater.
The cordless planer is a power tool powered
by a lithium ion battery / not included. in the
equipment /. The cordless planer is designed
for planing and chamfering the edges of flat
surfaces made of wood and wood materials.
The use of the power tool for activities other
than its intended use is not permitted.
7. Information about emitted noise and
vibrations.
The values are measured according to EN
62841. The noise level A of the generated
noise is usually: the sound pressure level LpA =
90.2 dB (A); sound power LwA = 101.2 dB (A).
Uncertainty K = 3 dB. Work with mufflers!
Vibration of the main handle: ah = 6.774m / s2.
Vibration of the additional handle: ah = 3.850m
/ s2.
The total value of the vibrations (vector sum in
the three directions) is determined according to
EN 62841.
The vibration value specified in this operating
manual is measured according to the method
specified in EN 62841 and can be used to
compare different power tools. The vibration
level varies depending on the specific activity
performed and in some cases may exceed the
value specified in this manual. For the accurate
assessment of the vibration load in a given
duty cycle, the intervals at which the power
tool is switched off or idling must also be taken
into account. This can significantly reduce the
reported vibration load throughout the operating
cycle.
8. Preparation for work. Installation of auxiliary
accessories and consumables.
8.1. Dust bag.
For short-term activities, you can use a dust
bag. Insert the nozzle of the bag firmly into the
dust opening (5) to the dust bag. In order for
the dust collection to work effectively, empty the
dust bag in a timely manner. For prolonged use,
use a dust extraction system with an additional
vacuum cleaner.
