2-3. Adjustment position of the Bobbin.
Please check the TD ASSY for "resistance" by moving the bobbin in a push-pull motion. If this
occurs, adjust the TD Shaft using the Allen wrench.
Check again by pulling the bobbin gently and then release, tighten the TD Shaft using the Allen
wrench once the bobbin has stopped in its natural position.
2-4. Tighten the TD Shaft screw (rotate screw clockwise) using the Allen wrench
* Caution when attaching the TD ASSY
Make sure the position of the bobbin doesn't change while fixing the TD Shaft.
2-5. Re-attach the white square connector.
2-6. Set a Cable tie to the wire bundle of the TD ASSY.
* Make sure there are no wires interfering to the Frame, the Soundboard, and the Lower front board.
3) TD ASSY Operation Check
Check the sound on the TA mode when silent mechanism is engaged.
*When you play the chords and scales in full volume, please make sure to check if noise will appear or not.
If noise will appear, please repeat "Procedures 2" in order to re-install the TD Assy and make sure to do
it properly.
