Solving Epson Streaming Media Player Problems

If you cannot operate the Epson streaming media player, try the following
steps until the problem is solved.
a Make sure the streaming media player is securely connected to the
projector.
b You need an Internet connection to view online content. Make sure
your Wi-Fi is on.

The Epson streaming media player and the remote control may have
been disconnected. Perform pairing again by holding down the
right arrow buttons on the remote control at the same time for about
seven seconds.
