The interactive screen is scratch-resistant, dent-resistant and optimized for projection.

Computer requirements

To successfully power your interactive whiteboard and run SMART Product Drivers (see Installing
SMART Product Drivers on page 14), your computer must meet certain minimum requirements. The SMART
Board M700V series interactive whiteboard is supported on computers with Windows®, macOS or Linux
operating systems.

The SMART Board M700V series interactive whiteboard supports the following versions of SMART
software:
Windows and Mac
SMART Product Drivers 12.16 (or later)
SMART Notebook 20 (or later) including SMART
Notebook basic version
How does your SMART Board interactive whiteboard
work?
Your interactive whiteboard functions as an input device for your computer, enabling you to work in any
application on your connected computer. You need two additional components to use your interactive
whiteboard: a computer and a digital projector. These components work together as follows:
