Troubleshooting

If the unit appears to be operating erratically,
try to diagnose and correct the problem

Troubleshooting
Remedy
• Check if the power cord or connecting cable is firmly connected.
• Check if the power of the Media Block or SMS server is turned on.
This phenomenon may appear when the ambient temperature is too low.
Use the unit within the temperature range given in the Specifications.
This phenomenon is due to the characteristics of the LCD display. If a
fixed picture or a still picture is displayed for a long time, an image may
remain on the screen and be superimposed as a ghosting image.
• Check if the power of the Media Block or SMS server is turned on.
• Check if the VGA cable is firmly connected.
• Check the input signal format.
• Check the input signal format.
