There are two methods for charging the rechargeable battery wand — the dual charging station or the single charger. CAUTION: Rechargeable battery wand can only be charged with Kirsch provided charging options — alternative charging devices may result in permanent damage.

INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING Problem The blind does not operate using the control button. Solution Unplug the power cable from the motor, then plug it back in. A blue LED light inside the control button housing should flash to indicate the motor has power. Check that the batteries in the battery wand, satellite battery wand, or C-size satellite battery wand are correctly inserted and fresh.
