Page 3 STEP 1 a. Slide a 5/16” Flat Washer (HD) over each of the 5/16” x 4 1/2” Hex Bolts (HB) and slide the Hex Bolts through the Spring Retainer Plate (AD). Slide the 5/16” Push Nuts (HC) onto the Hex Bolts with the convex side facing out. Slide the Push Nuts up the Hex Bolts until they reach the Spring Retainer Plate (AD).
