OPERATION
Refer to the IHF-1000 manual for operation. All audio signals from
the IHF-1000 will be played through the car stereo. Adjust the vol-
ume using the radio's volume knob to a comfortable level. Audio
from FM, CD, Satellite etc. will be automatically paused or muted
while calls are in process. Any OnStar operations will preempt the
ABTI-GM4
operation of the IHF-1000. Keep in mind that if OnStar operations
start while you are on a call, the call will continue and the caller will
be able to hear you – watch what you say!
The vehicle's radio does not need to be on for IHF-1000 operations,
but the vehicle's ignition must be on or in accessory mode.
