Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Mounting / replacement of sanding sheet (see fig. 1)
Prior to mounting on the sanding sheet 8,
ensure that the given sanding sheet is
suitable for the specific power tool model
(proper dimensions and dust removal ap-
ertures are present).
• Position the power tool so that sanding plate 5 is
pointed upwards�
• Loosen the holders 6 as shown in figure 1.1.
• In case of replacement remove the worn out abra-
sive paper 8�
• Put new sanding sheet 8 to sanding plate 5 (see
fig. 1.2). Follow the rules below:
• abrasive sputter of the paper 8 should be on
the top side (the paper 8 should touch the grinding
plate 5 with the smooth side);
• apertures in sanding sheet 8 must match the dust
removal apertures on sanding plate 5�
• Bend the edges of the abrasive paper 8 so that they
are situated under the holders 6 (see fig. 1.3).
• Fix one edge of the abrasive paper 8 with the hold-
er 6, and then pull the other edge and fix it with the
other holder 6 (see fig. 1.4).
Caution: the abrasive paper 8 should be
pressed tight to the grinding plate 5, and
dust extraction holes of the abrasive pa-
per 8 and the grinding plate 5 should fit
together.
Mounting / dismounting of the dust-collecting con-
tainer (see fig. 2)
• During assembly put the dust-collecting container 7
onto a dust removing port 4 (see fig. 2.1).
• During disassembly take the dust-collecting con-
tainer 7 off from the dust removing port 4 (see fig. 2.2).
Emptying the dust-collecting container (see fig. 3)
Monitor the dust-collecting container 7
filling, and empty it promptly according
to safety precautions described above.
• Turn off the power tool and take off the dust-collect-
ing container 7 as described above�
• Press on two holding locks on the cover 9 and take
the cover 9 off (see fig. 3.1).
• Observing safety regulations, dump the container
body 10 contents out; for better results, clean the inner
surfaces of the body 10 and cover 9 with a soft brush
(see fig. 3.2-3.3). Clean filter 11 with soft brush or blow
